Refund policy

Premium subscription

Premium is a one-time payment (30-day or 90-day access) — nothing auto-renews. If a tailored resume, cover letter, or cold email misfires within the first 24 hours of your purchase, email us at [email protected] with the payment id and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After the 24-hour window we honour partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund purchases made more than 7 days ago.

Practice pass

The ₹49 practice pass is a lifetime unlock. If you cannot access the paid subjects within 24 hours of purchase, we refund in full.

Single generation (₹39)

If the generated output is broken (empty, unrelated, or errors out) we refund the ₹39 on request within 24 hours of purchase.

How to request

Email [email protected] from the account's email address with:

• Razorpay payment id (visible on your billing page).
• A one-line reason.

Refunds settle back to the original payment method in 5–7 working days once approved.
